ILUMINACIÓN ROURA has been the company selected from the production of the 16 artistic chandeliers. To carry it out, the technologies of the present and the past have been adopted, in such a way that some processes have been industrialized and others have been made by hand using forging. Steel is the material chosen for the entire structure, which once manufactured has been galvanized by immersion.
The first step was to design the candelabrum in 3D and all the elements that make it up, in order to analyze all the constructive details and be able to calculate it structurally, using finite elements.
In this manufacturing process it is worth mentioning the construction process of the dragon, which has been carried out in three stages. After the design and modeling of the dragon with clay by the sculptor Oscar Berlanga, was carried out the 3D scanning of the piece made to make its manufacture in aluminum casting.
Another relevant point of the chandeliers have been the luminaries, which have been manufactured with LED technology and a color temperature of 3000K. In this way it has been possible to unite tradition with innovation to create a unique and, above all, comfortable space.
