ILUMINACIÓN ROURA is an organization dedicated to the DESIGN, MANUFACTURING AND MARKETING OF STREET LIGHTING, EXTERIOR AND URBAN FURNITURE, declares that:

Quality and the preservation and care of the environment as well as energy efficiency are a key factor in the development and future of our organization, therefore we express our commitments to our employees, customers and suppliers:

  • Energy efficiency is the foundation of our activity
  • Prevent pollution. Knowing and reducing the production of waste and emissions, the consumption of resources (materials, fuels and energy) of our activity. Respecting at all times the legislations and collaborating with the Administrations with environmental competences.
  • It is a priority to know our customers, their needs and expectations and to satisfy them in order to increase their trust and loyalty in us.
  • The Human Team is the basis of the Company, so its care is a constant concern of the Company.
  • The investment in resources provides an improvement in the processes of the company and greater responsiveness that affects our customers by increasing their expectations and satisfaction. At the same time, we promote environmental training, raise environmental awareness among our employees and communicate our environmental procedures to our suppliers.
  • Quality will always be the object of continuous improvement. Failures will be used to improve and every effort will be made to locate the causes that produced them, so that they do not recur.

Objectives

In this way, our Company assumes as main objectives:

  • Innovate and research new products to better serve our customers and control our environmental impacts.
  • Incorporate new resources in our products to be more environmentally efficient.
  • To implement an integrated Management System updated to the company in order to be more competitive and efficient and to be able to manage the company more agile, always looking for continuous improvement.
  • Involve the personnel more and more in the Company.
  • Greater proximity to our personnel, involving them more and more in the Company and committing ourselves to Occupational Safety.

In ILUMINACIÓN ROURA the Management supports and annually reviews the implementation of the system, promoting and continuously improving its facilities and services for the Environmental care and asks all the personnel for their collaboration. It is also aware that the ultimate responsibility for the achievement of the proposed Quality and Environmental Objectives is its own and, in this sense, it strives to provide all the human, material and economic means necessary to achieve them, complying rigorously with legal requirements and other requirements that the Company subscribes.
